The National Elections Board of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has suspended the grassroots election for Nairobi County, which was initially scheduled for June 10th, 2024.
This decision comes after an order issued by the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal on June 6th, 2024, halting the election process for the county.
NEB Chairman Eng Anthony Mwaura conveyed this information through a statement, assuring that further communication regarding the rescheduled date and any additional instructions will be provided in due course.
The Board expressed regret for any inconvenience caused and extended appreciation for understanding and cooperation in this matter.
