Rising Starlets target Angola’s scalp in World Cup qualifier

The national Under 20 women’s soccer team intensified its training ahead of the second round first leg world cup qualifier against Angola.

Kenya is set to face Angola on October 8th away in Luanda before hosting the reverse fixture five days later in Nairobi.

The Beldine Odemba coached side warmed up to the match by whitewashing Kahawa Pride Ladies 18-0 at Kasarani Annex.

The winner of the fixture will meet either Botswana or Cameroon in the third round.

The Under 20 finals are set for next year in Colombia.
