Goals from Jadon Sancho and Marco Reus were enough to send Borussia Dortmund to the quarter finals of the Champions League, with a 2-0 win over PSV, sealing a 3-1 aggregate victory on

Despite a poor domestic campaign – 20 points behind current leaders Bayer Leverkusen- Dortmund has impressed in Europe competition, emerging from a group featuring; PSG, Newcastle and AC Milan.

Having being knocked out of the German Cup and with no hopes of the league title, the champions league title will be their only chance of securing silverware this season.

PSV on the other hand are poised for their first league title since 2018.

The quarterfinal draw will be on Friday.
