David Muni Ichoho, immediate former KTDA Chairman has withdrawn a suit he had filed challenging an alleged ouster as Chairman of the organization.

A Notice of Withdrawal was filed on his behalf by his lawyers in the Judicial Review Division of the High Court in Nairobi.

“Take notice that the Applicant herein hereby gives notice and wholly withdraws the suit against the Respondents herein.”

Ichoho had enjoined KTDA Holdings Board members, company secretary, and CEO in a suit alleging having been coerced to resign as board chairman to pave way for changes in the leadership of the organization.

The withdrawal of the suit comes a week after KTDA announced the appointment of Enos Njiru Njeru as its national chairman effective Monday, July 17, 2023 following the resignation of David Ichoho.
