Kenya drew 1-1 with Burundi in their 2026 World Cup qualifier played Friday at Bingu National Stadium,Lilongwe,Malawi.
Substitute Duke Abuya scored first for Kenya in 72nd minute but Burundi replied with five minutes to go through Mike Sudi Abdallah forcing the 1-1 draw.
Kenya remains third un group H with 4 piints from three games while Burundi also remains unmoved in fourth place with same number of points ,but separated by an inferior goal difference.
Kenya will face Ivory Coast seeking to return to winning ways on Tuesday next week in their fourth World Cup qualifier.
The other group matches will see Gabon play host to Ivory Coast later on Friday night while Gambia will play Seychelles at home.
