Smartphone maker, Oppo has attributed its growth momentum and success in the Kenyan market to its end-to-end quality assurance strategy that has guaranteed consumers durable and reliable devices.
According to the firm, it has deployed stringent quality requirements thorough testing across diverse parameters that has ensured low failure rates of its devices.
In marking eight years since introduction of the first smartphone in 2015, the firm has announced four winners of its #OPPOLegend campaign where users showcased their oldest phones demonstrating the evolution of its devices over the years.
“The overwhelming success of the #OPPOLegend challenge has spurred OPPO Kenya to unveil plans for even more engaging initiatives,” said Fredrique Achieng, OPPO Kenya Public Relations Manager.
According to Achieng, the campaign also aimed to show the firm’s commitment to quality as well as gather valuable insights from market feedback across various regions where OPPO operates.
“Beyond an exploration of the brand’s rich history, these endeavors will provide opportunities for everyone to forge connections with OPPO, including those who have yet to experience the magic of OPPO devices,” Achieng added.
This comprehensive approach involves assessing factors such as device maintenance rates and product withdrawal rates.
