Reportage properties has partnered with real estate developer, SSS Developers Kenya to launch a new project dubbed Verdana in Dubai.
The launch event is scheduled for this Friday, August 2, 2024.
Reportage properties, an international real estate company with a market value of more than 7 billion dollars and operations in over 14 countries, has collaborated with SSS Developers to offer affordable luxury housing to Kenyans.
SSS Marketing Director Mr Kingmax Mbarire said the demand for executive houses in Dubai is on the rise hence the need to commit to the investment.
He noted the attractive returns on investment for various groups in Kenya, including pension funds, high net worth individuals, investment groups (chamas), and religious organizations.
“Pension funds in Kenya and high net worth individuals, chamas, religious organizations can invest their money here and expect a very good return on investment” Mr. Mbarire said.
SSS Developers has made substantial investments in Kenya’s real estate sector and plans to launch three additional projects within the next year, with combined value of over $100 million.
The projects are expected to boost the Kenyan economy by creating 500 direct jobs and 2000 jobs through the value chain.
Mr Mbarire urged Kenyans to seize the investment opportunity, assuring them of high returns.
